3Lg was set up in 2002 and is led by the founder, Jeannie Satchell. Jeannie works with an extensive team of consultants specialising in all aspects of leadership and people development.
All of our clients have benefited from focusing on the development of their people. This is achieved through life skills including, action learning, coaching and mentoring. This learning experience enables candidates to reach their goals and objectives in order to fully enhance their ‘people’ or ‘personal’ skills thus making them more effective leaders.
